NOTE:
- If canceled up to 7 days before arrival, no charge arising
- For cancellation from 7 days before arrival to day of arrival resulting charge equal to the amount of one night
- In case of no show on the date of arrival resulting charge equal to the amount of 50% of all overnight days.
note - No deposit will be charged on your credit card previous to your arrival to our hotel. Our hotel will carry out a pre-authorization of your credit card, with the amount of 1.00€ , on the date of your reservation in order to check its validity.
- The payment of reservation is made on your arrival or departure. It is consider important to present your ID or Passport during the payment.
- In case of cancellation fee, since your reservation has been made through our website, we provide you a Cancellation voucher with the amount being charged, which can be used within one year period for a new reservation either from you or a person concerned.
